Opt-in flow

Website consent and verification steps

  1. Step 1: User logs in at https://www.heyrabai.com.
  2. Step 2: User opens Account / Settings > SMS.
  3. Step 3: User enters their mobile number.
  4. Step 4: User checks a separate SMS consent checkbox that is unchecked by default.
  5. Step 5: User clicks Send verification code.
  6. Step 6: RABAI sends a one-time SMS verification code.
  7. Step 7: User enters the code on the RABAI website.
  8. Step 8: SMS is enabled only after successful verification.
